Founders looking to secure their first big client should focus their pitch on how the product can help solve customers’ problems rather than the product’s features, says former GE executive Beth Comstock. Goodr founder and CEO Jasmine Crowe adds that if the client is apprehensive, suggest a paid trial period to lower the risk.
